Reepay is a SaaS company providing an easy-to-use subscription billing and online payment platform. Founded in 2015, Reepay currently has ten employees located in Copenhagen and is looking at growing its team and expanding its business into Europe - and hopefully, you will be able to put your fingerprint on the future of subscription billing and online payments.

For our Customer Success team, we are seeking a Swedish-speaking Customer Support / Customer Success employee to join the journey.



About the job

Your primary tasks will be advising and supporting our customers via email, chat, telephone, and making sure that our customers are having the best experience when getting onboarded - but not just that.
When you become an expert on the Reepay platform and in the payment industry, you will have the knowledge and ambitions to be a trusted advisor giving our customers top-class service experience.

When customers do not need your good advice, you help out various partners,

update our FAQ database, etc. But you definitely also bring your thoughts to the table on how we can utilize our support platforms and processes towards our customers.

We work with a modern and user-friendly IT solution, Hubspot as a CRM where the support also lies. You won’t be bored! And the learning curve will be steep.

The position is a full time 37 hours a week primarily from 09:00 to 17:00 at Njalsgade 76, Islands Brygge. We will soon be moving to a bigger cool office somewhere in the Copenhagen area.

Job requirements

What we are looking for:


  • Flawless Swedish and English skills

  • Experience with common IT programs (HubSpot, Slack, etc.)

  • Solution-oriented, stable, and flexible

  • A smiling and welcoming personality, also over the phone

  • Flair for service and good customer handling

  • Interest in advising and developing our business

  • You wear the YES-hat at every customer inquiry


Previous experience in customer service and e-commerce is of course an advantage, but not a requirement. The most important thing is that you are passionate about good service, take responsibility, are a big team player, and have a structured approach to your work.
